Results? This may need doing on all devices, separately. Let each completely turn on (no flashing lights, printer noises as it warms up) before the next one. Leave router off 60 seconds, then turn each on successively in that order (r, p, computer). So, turn off the router/modem (unplug if needed), printer and computer. NOTE, this is not "Printer is Offline" problems (if the wireless light is solid blue, indicating the printer is connected to wi-fi). In my 9-27-17 response to Tom, I discussed "the computer is not wirelessly connected to the printer." Several responses indicate this problem, such as: "no connection to printer," or "printer is not responding,"etc.Ī Reboot of the Components (might) correct that. Numerous comments in the thread, may indicate a simple(?) connection problem.

Some may relate to the HP printer's software updates not Apple.

In this article, I’m going to show you how to install macOS High Sierra 10.13 on VMware in Windows 10, 8 or 7. In our previous article, we downloaded the macOS High Sierra VMware Image. It will copy, print, and will scan the documents, I just can no longer save them to my computer. The Save button is grayed out and unable to be clicked. Since then, my HP Photosmart 7525 will no longer allow me to save scans to the computer. Just recently upgraded to MacOS Sierra (MacOS 10.12). What should I do? Some Epson Scan buttons are gray or do not fully appear.

What should I do? How do I use Image Capture with my product? My scanning software crashes after I scan with Epson Scan 2, Document Capture, Easy Photo Scan, or Copy Utility. How do I scan? My paper type and size selections are different since I upgraded to macOS 10.13. I cannot get the Mac to scan from the printer using any software including Apple's Image Capture.

MacOS High Sierra 10.13 I have downloaded and run HP Easy Start, it has updated my printer drivers and HP Easy Scan v1.91. It was working fine using my network on El Capitan but once I installed Sierra the Mac can’t talk to the printer anymore. However, if I hook it through the network, it will not print. If I hook it to my mac via USB cable I am able to print.

I did all steps on HP Color Laserjet 2600n running the latest compatible device driver.
